Team Ignition is a new online tool for the HR sector that helps businesses manage employee performance. The platform was developed by an HR consultancy.
HYPE Inc was brought on board to develop a new strategy to help grow the brand, design a new website and explore the possibility of renaming the software, as the current name did not adequately reflect the purpose of the product.
A key feature of the platform was the use of a traffic light system as a simple visual way to demonstrate to employees how they were meeting key performance criteria. Through brand discovery workshops and industry research, the target customer was identified as owners of light industry and construction businesses who were mostly aged 40 – 60.
HYPE Inc presented a new name – Team Ignition – and a brand identity which spoke to the key audience.
